This concert will be outside on the backyard stage, rain or shine. This is our only concert for 2026 and we expect to sell out, so please do not wait to get tickets for this event!

Daphne Gale

We’re super excited to welcome Daphne Gale back to Acousticool as a headliner, and she’s bringing her band for this special concert!

Daphne is an indie-folk singer-songwriter whose work blends poetic lyricism, improvisational sensibility, and a deep connection to place.

Raised in the Bronx and shaped by time spent in France and working on a farm in Vermont, her music moves between the pastoral and the metropolitan, the intimate and the expansive. With a background in opera and a grounding in folk tradition, she brings a rare emotional precision to both recording and live performance.

Daphne has performed at venues including the Troubadour (Los Angeles), Le Poisson Rouge (New York), Telluride (Bluegrass Festival), and has collaborated with artists across the indie and folk landscape.

She previously appeared at Acousticool in August 2022 with Chris Peters and as an opener in May 2025; since then she has released lots of new music and will be bringing her band to Connecticut!
